You will have noticed our re-branding over the past year. A new logo, some fresh looking emails, but we are very excited to show you the final piece of the puzzle...a website re-launch.

We've been working behind the scenes to create a site that reflects Microminder as a business. Forward thinking, informative but most of all, easy to get on with!

Dhaivat Joshi

Known to all as DJ, our Service Delivery Manager and team member since 2003.

DJ is responsible for ensuring the service delivery team runs smoothly. This includes the workshop, returns, support & field engineers teams. He also look into new products and services that might be useful for our clientele.

His favourite part of the job is taking on a new challenge every day, being an expert problem solver and the feeling of reaching a positive resolution for a client. DJ is currently most excited to be working on the launch of Microminder VoIP (Hosted Cloud Telephony) Solutions.

Oh, and outside of Microminder DJ is a professional musician, spending all his spare time at gigs, practice sessions and recording studios - pretty cool, hey!

Bridge2Aid

We're incredibly proud to support Bridge2Aid charity. Despite the ongoing challenges they are facing by not making it out to deliver training they have spent the last 12 months developing and deploying e-learning courses to ensure Dental Therapists continue to learn and service their communities.

New initiatives include:
  • 'E-learning access anywhere courses' recognised by the Dental Association of Malawi and the Medical Council of Malawi.
  • A pilot project providing education around the dangers of Infant Oral Mutilation (IOM) of young children in the Mara Region of Tanzania.
  • Working with the Uganda UK Healthcare Alliance to design an Oral Health Education pilot project.
