  • Avoid delays in payment by submitting June invoices in early July!
    • While June invoices are not officially due until August 15th, if you submit June invoices as soon as possible, you will avoid delays in payment and assist CDPHE in expediting closure of the FY21 fiscal year.
    • Other ways you can avoid delays in payment and assist in expediting the FY21 invoice close-out process:
      • Email cdphe_cancer@state.co.us if you did not have costs for any months for which you have not already invoiced (including May and June).
      • Ensure your June invoice end date is June 29th (vs. June 30th).
      • Ensure your June invoice is signed on June 30th or after.
      • Mark your June invoice as “final.”
      • Check the invoice for accuracy and signature before submitting it.
    • Please email cdphe_cancer@state.co.us with any questions.
