Therefore, if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed (John 8:36).
One of the greatest stories about freedom from oppression and slavery is recorded in the book of Exodus. Moses was prepared and sent by God to deliver and to set the people of Israel free from four hundred years of bondage in Egypt. God saw the afflictions and heard the cries of His people, and Moses was sent to deliver them. After crossing the Red Sea, one could only imagine the singing, the dancing and the deafening shouts of freedom! (Exodus 15)
Likewise, Jesus was sent to proclaim the release of the captives and to set free those who were oppressed (Luke 4:18). We are set free from the power of fear and darkness, and now we are free to follow and serve Him. For those who abide in His word and believe in Him, we are free indeed!

Update on Sunday Services
|
|
|
To protect all individuals regardless of vaccination status, not much has changed in our Sunday services since the state reopening. We will continue to observe safety protocols by requiring masks, temperature checks, prescreen questions, and reserved seating in order to track attendance.
However, we have rearranged our chairs in the sanctuary and in the multi-purpose facility in order to add more pods! Praise the Lord that more people are able to come back to our in-person services!
And for the English service, seats have also been adjusted to improve the layout for viewing the full stage during the live worship (monthly for now).
When you sign up for a seat starting on July 4th, please take a look at the updated layouts on SignUpGenius and be aware that your normal seat numbers and locations may have changed.

Impact is Restarting in-Person! For students grades 6th through 12th, our youth ministry Impact meets Fridays in the gym from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Please see the reopening guidelines by clicking here.
On Leave in July: Now that some restrictions are lifted, Pastor Daniel and Pastor Sea Faa plan to travel to Canada for a brief visit with family. Their tentative dates are July 5-16. Pastor Ernesto Chong and Pastor Jonathan Dawson will be speaking in the Chinese and English services respectively on July 11.
Update on Special Offering from May 30: We have collected $3,620 for the relief efforts to fight against recent COVID-19 cases in India. Thank you for your generous donation! The collection will be given to the Crisis Relief Fund through Convoy of Hope, Disaster Services, India Response.
