I hope you are enjoying all that this summer weather has to offer. 

As many of you know I'm not teaching group classes this summer but I am teaching private classes one-on-one online and in-person by appointment.

Here's what's new.
Private Sessions. I'm now open to see you in-person one-on-one. 
To come into the studio I require that the individual be fully vaccinated.

New Service: Two Hours of Bliss is now a one-on-one restorative yoga class that includes a full Reiki Treatment and Yoga Nidra (guided meditation for deep relaxation) . Cost is $165 or one-on-one OR $225 for 2 friends or a couple.

New Series of Classes
Nutrition and Yoga Therapy for Sore Bodies and Pain Care


Over the last two years I've been learning and experimenting with a whole food plant based diet. Studies over the last decade show time and again eating this way can prevent and reverse heart disease, diabetes, cancer and many other conditions. Studies have also shown that nutrition is a huge factor in persistent pain and inflammation and there are now several books on the topic. 

In the fall I'll be offering a series of classes that look at the relationship between nutrition, inflammation and pain using the PanchaKosha model of yoga philosophy. This is similar to the Biopsychosocial Integrative Medical Model. It will include yoga and somatic movement as well as reflection (growth), discussion and intention (practice).

The goal is to support you in improving your overall health by becoming more self-aware, understand the science of pain, and to become more informed about your food choices and the impact they have on your mental and physical well-being.

The warm ( hot) weather has truly dampened my enthusiasm for indoor activities. So I guess I will consider myself finished with the online Yoga classes for the time being.
