Dear family, friends & clients,

We've been echoing this sentiment a lot lately but I'm so excited to officially say that New York truly is not dead. Through all the doubt and the naysaying we continue to prevail. Over 1,600 contracts were signed in the month of May making this Manhattan's best May since 2007. Buyers are still enjoying the benefits of low interest rates and stellar pricing throughout the island. 

The good news continues to flow as Real Trends, a trusted industry source for real estate trends and sales data for over 30 years, just released their 2021 rankings. Corcoran continues to shine at the top of the charts with many agents and teams being recognized. This list of course includes yours truly with The Saez/Fromm Team coming in at #9 Medium Team by Volume at Corcoran in Manhattan and #10 Medium Team by Volume at Corcoran in New York State. Through all of the calamity that 2020 brought, it allowed us to learn to shift our business model and becoming more innovative thinkers. As always, we owe it all to our clients and thank you deeply for continuing to choose us for your real estate needs.

  • New development sales were similar to May levels last seen in 2013 and 2015
