HOME COVID-19 Operating Deficit Reserve Workout Resources Now Available

HUD’s Office of Affordable Housing Programs (OAHP) has provided three new resources to assist HOME Participating Jurisdictions (PJs) that are providing HOME-funded operating deficit reserves to troubled projects under the waiver authority provided in the April 10, 2020 CPD Memo: Availability of Waivers and Suspensions of the HOME Program Requirements in Response to COVID-19 Pandemic, as amended in a subsequent CPD Memo issued on December 4, 2020.
