OSHA-30 Construction Safety Training

Wed, July 21 - Fri, July 30 | 9am- 4pm

The next sesssion of the popular Construction Safety Class at Skyland Workforce Center will start on Wednesday, July 21. The class covers OSHA-30, Flagger and CPR/First Aid. The class will start on Wednesday, July 21 and go until Friday July 30, from 9am – 4pm each day. Students must be able to attend each day with no absences. Students must be DC residents, with a high school diploma or GED and a resume on file at the Workforce Center. If you are interested, you can sign up now. Seats are limited to 12 participants and will be filled on a first-come, first-served walk-in basis. Please arrive a half-hour early to sign in for a seat at one of the 12 workstations.

Come to the Skyland Workforce Center Wednesday for a free Prepared Meal

We have free prepared meals for you to take home every Wednesday at 2509 Good Hope Road SE from 10 am until all the meals are gone!
