3 categories with 3 items we think you should know about

Hello <<First Name>>!

We’re continuing to test some new formats for our Shopping emails. Below is Carey Polis, Senior Director of Content & Audience Strategy, sharing her 3 Things, aka 3 categories with 3 items in each that she thinks you should know about.

We’d love to hear what you think. Hit reply to give us your thoughts or take the super quick survey below. If you’d rather not receive these emails you can update your preferences here

3 dessert items...

I have eaten this summer and feel great about
  1. Goo Goo Clusters. Everything a candy bar should be: chewy, crunchy, peanut-y, caramel-y, marshmallow-y, substantial. Bonus: You can make your own premium Goo Goo here.

  2. Byrd’s Cookies. Get the Scotch oatmeal, and pour yourself a glass of milk for dipping ASAP.

  3. Sweet Cream Biscuits and Peach Jam Ice Cream. Summer in a pint, complete with savory biscuit bits!

3 summer staples...

I have worn to the ground and will not take off
  1. This $20 midi tank dress. My mom, my mother-in-law, and I each have two, all in different colors. It’s sort of like the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, but for women in their 30s and 60s.

  2. This fanny pack ticks another box in my Mom Wardrobe Bucket List. My colleagues are also fanny pack obsessives; here’s Olivia’s fave (she has FIVE). Katrina’s. Jenny’s. Alisha’s. Please email with any and all fanny pack thoughts, we're a passionate group.

  3. This is the closest I’ve gotten to The Perfect Sports Bra. Great support, no digging. Have also been eyeing this one and this oneConfession: I’m not what you would call “athletic.”

3 highly practical baby gifts...

I buy on repeat
  1. The winkel for babies who love working on their grip, and love chewing on all the things.

  2. I buy *a lot* from Primary because the clothes are practical and come in a fun range of colors, but am a particular fan of their long-sleeve tees with snaps along the shoulder. Perfect for when babies turn into toddlers and grow out of onesies, but make pulling shirts over their head a real pain. (Note to baby clothes designers: Make the necks stretchier!!). Also love all the colors from Kyte.

  3. Mabel’s Labels are a great gift for your friend’s 2nd (or 3rd, etc…) child, for when you don’t want to give yet another outfit but still want to send something.
