#2. We Are Almost There

We are grateful for the generosity our community has shown in these times. Since Ramadan, we have been hard at work to resume our operations since the shutdown ended:
  1. We have reopened the masjid and are offering daily prayers again.

  2. We are preparing a variety of programming for the community including our Summer Olympics.

  3. We continued to provide COVID-19 relief efforts with UMO-OG, using our hall for a vaccination clinic, and outreach to the community.

  4. As the lockdown restrictions begin to ease in Ontario in Stage 2 & 3, we plan to increase capacity at the masjid as per health guidelines. We look forward to returning back to normal.
From the start of Ramadan until today you helped us tremendously. With your unwavering support, we raised $425,000 (85%) out of our target of $500,000.

We only have $75,000 left to reach our goal to be able to manage our maintenance and operations costs for this year.

We call upon your support once more to fill in the gap of our earlier fundraising target.

Here are all of the ways you can donate your gift today:

You can donate with an interac e-transfer to info@amacanada.org or donate in person at Masjid ar-Rahmah.
