Our third meeting is tomorrow!

Just a quick reminder that we meet tomorrow (Wednesday) from 12-1pm. Once again, it would be helpful to have a piece of paper or journal handy for an exercise we are doing tomorrow.

I’m very excited for the content tomorrow. While we borrowed from Shunryu Suzuki (beginner’s mind) in Meeting #1 and Susan David (walking your why) in Meeting #2, tomorrow we are looking at some of my original content that I created and I’m looking forward to sharing it with you and hearing your thoughts and ideas.

If you have some time tonight or tomorrow morning, you might reflect:

If we ask a better question like, how am I doing according to my values?, this can help keep us out of the shame response and more accountable to how we really want to use our precious life resources- time, energy, focus, money, etc.

  1. Did you experiment with the idea of asking a better question- one that leads away from shame?

  2. Anything stand out to you- thoughts, realizations, questions?
