Tennyson Dunes Workdays in July

This is a reminder that our next Tennyson Dunes Group workday will be tomorrow Thursday 1st July, 10am-12pm, at the Valerie Wales Community Coastal Nursery on Atkin St, Henley Beach.  Note the location change from our original plan for this day.  Matt from Green Adelaide will run the day and the plan is to weed our seedlings and generally tidy up in preparation for our next planting day.

This will be followed by another on Sunday 18th July, 10am-12pm, at the Tennyson Heights entrance to the Wara Wayingga Tennyson Dunes Conservation Reserve, located here.  We'll be planting at the southern end of the Reserve, as well as putting in some rare Coastal Bitterbush in the central swale.

Remember to bring sun and rain protection, drinking water, enclosed shoes and gardening gloves.

In line with COVID safe restrictions, we will maintain 1.5m social distancing and not share tools.  Remember to please stay away if you are unwell or have recently been around others from interstate.
