The Full Moon will begin rising at 7 p.m. and be 100 percent full at 9:37 p.m. giving us a magical spectacle on the night of July 23rd. This month’s Full Moon also comes with an added treat as the planets Jupiter and Saturn will appear as though they are following the Moon westward across the dome of the sky. And did you know that July's moon has many names: Hay Moon, Buck Moon and Thunder Moon?

'Saturday Sessions' is a fabulous live-music day party, and Saturday night, Upstairs at Kaibo restaurant celebrates Hemingway's Birthday with a 6-course dinner everyone will remember.

Throughout the month of July, ‘Upstairs at Kaibo' celebrates the extraordinary life of Ernest Hemingway with a fabulous 6-course menu on the theme of Hemingway's famous books and travels around the globe.

Imagine you are in Hemingway's home, listening to his real life stories of adventure as you sit back, relax, and enjoy the literary inspired dishes. After dinner, select a tipple from the Rare Rum Bar, and catch the last water taxi home.

If you haven't already, we encourage you to try the finest coffee on island. Once you taste coffee this full of flavour it's hard to go back! Grab a couple of fresh croissants to nibble on your boat, and you'll have satiated you appetite. At least, until the mudslides call!
