William Nadel, trained by pulp writers and pulp editors, has been writing about media for over half a century. Known as a mystery and radio historian, he has contributed entries to The Big Book of Noir and The Oxford Companion to Crime and Mystery Writing. He has written or co-written more than one hundred guides to sets of classic mystery and adventure radio show collections.
