We're loving these summer days! Being outdoors AND working out - can't beat that! Join us for all three days if you can!
Class Descriptions
HIIT
HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
REFIT
REFIT® is a workout you can feel good about! With powerful moves and positive music, you'll discover an inspiring workout that changes your body, mind and soul. This cardio-focused class is effective and FUN -- perfect for beginners and challenging for fitness enthusiasts (which means it's a workout designed for everyBODY!)
YOGA
Taught by Brooke, Holly, Samantha, or Tina, these yogis bring different practices to the table. Samantha focuses on DDP Yoga, a non-traditional form that emphasizes low-impact movements with no running or jumping.  Brooke, Holly, and Tina teach a classic Vinyasa-flow class that focuses on movement and relaxation. These classes are suitable for all levels!
GROUP WALK/RUN
Get out and stretch those legs with us! This is a family-friendly, all abilities, and all ages welcome class. The goal is to get your body moving! If you are able, you can challenge yourself to get your heart rate up for at least 20 minutes of the class. This is a great place to meet members of your community that value health and fitness for everyone!
RAIL-TRAIL SPIN
Bring your bike and join us on the Deckers Creek Rail-Trail! Family-friendly and all ages welcome. Taught by Rachelle, this Spin class will cycle through low, medium, and high levels of intensity while you cruise by the beautiful scenery around you. Please bring a water bottle and wear a helmet!
Weather cancellations for Masontown and Bruceton Mills are posted at 4pm on our Facebook page. Terra Alta classes move indoors in the Community Building during inclement weather.
It's important for kids to learn healthy habits from an early age!
That's why kids under 18 are always welcome to participate in the classes free of cost. So, bring the kids and make working out a part of your family routine.
