Hi <<First Name>>,

We cannot wait to begin this season with your family.  Our team has been reflecting, analyzing, and diligently preparing for an incredible new year. We even found some time for a bit of rest. :) If you have submitted your family survey already, thank you! These have been really helpful in gaining further insights to each child and preparing for the year. If you haven't yet completed it, please take some time to do so. 

Our 2021-2022 Launch Day is fast approaching. Please also mark your calendar either August 11 or 12 and register below for one of our Launch Day options (a.k.a Beginning of Year Orientation). 

We will be back on campus this year with continued diligence in our care for health and safety. Every studio will be equipped with air filtration, hand washing sinks, and fresh drinking water. We’ll also maintain our strict protocols on managing any symptoms of illness. As we continue to monitor the current reality of COVID and any corresponding health concerns, we will keep you updated.

We’re also excited to share a few staff updates. As many of you know, we have wished Miss Clarissa and Miss Liz a joyful farewell as they continue on to their next great adventures. Miss Clarissa has moved to Tucson and is now a homeowner! Miss Liz has been accepted into ASU’s MBA program with a full scholarship and eagerness to expand her learning. Please send your best to each of them if you get a chance. 

As we grow, we’ve also increased our capacity to support learners with a strong team of guides and high-quality, learning design and resources:

• Miss Monika and Miss Jessica are both serving in a full-time Program Director role supporting our studios.
• We’ve hired two new guides - Ms. Jennifer Scaggs and Mr. Joseph Martinka - to support in our Primary Studios.

In the next two weeks, we’ll welcome our full staff back to campus and begin our own onboarding quest. By August 2nd, you will receive a welcome letter from your child’s guide, our recommended supply list, and our updated health and safety protocols.

So continue to enjoy your summer, and we look forward to seeing you soon!

It takes a village - If you have some time to give and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, come help us prepare our physical space for the school year during All Hands on Deck. Projects include:

• Furniture moving;
• Building;
• Cleaning, and organizing.
