David is amongst the best writers I've come across this year.

He's the author of the book "Me Talk Pretty One Day" and "Barrel Fever".

He's funny. He writes simple. He writes engaging.

I recently stumbled upon a story he shared a few years back. And it is about poop.

I know it sounds gross. But I bet you'll remember it.

Here's the link to the piece.

Once you've read that, come back here.

Done reading?

Good.

Apart from the key takeaways directly from the piece.

There are more learnings to this.

For every human:
Everyone's life is probably more interesting than they think it is. It's got a lot of things going on. You just have to look out and play around with it, without being serious.

For writers:
Be on a constant lookout for stories. You never know when you'd create something mesmerizing. (Aren't we literally talking about a poop story, Do you think David would have thought this would happen back then?)

Till Next Time,
Noman Shaikh.

P. S. I was introduced to this author by my writing mentor, Robert Lucas. He's going to be sharing more amazing things every Friday.
It's mostly for writers and entrepreneurs. If I were you, I would have immediately subscribed. Here's his insights about same story from email marketing point.
