August 13-15, 2021 will be our festival's 10th anniversary. 10 years as a meeting place for readers, writers, and other professionals in the literary world. When Words Collide organizers are already at work planning chapter 10 of our festival, and hope to include a few special events to mark the occasion.

WWC 10th Anniversary T-Shirts Available Now!

Shirt colours this year are Navy Blue or Black.

I know many of you, just as I at Bibliofic Designs am, are devastated that the in-person event for When Words Collide 2021 -- a Festival for Readers and Writers--has been cancelled again this year due to the COVID Pandemic. Although it won't be the same, we are pleased that WWC has put together another Online weekend of events, and what better way to mark the occasion than to have a Limited Edition 10th Anniversary WWC Online 2021 T-shirt. I recommend placing your order BEFORE July 21 to ensure you have your shirt in time to wear during the festival!

Due to the unique nature of this year's design, and based on last year's incredibly huge success, these will be printed with the help of a manufacturer :)

I’ve done my best to offer a selection of cost-effective options, and reasonable shipping costs, but if you require or have a special request, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate all needs.

In-person WWC festivals include a number of events open to the public. As we are online this year as a free Eventbrite festival, all regular festival events are open to the public. We invite those who have never attended When Words Collide in the past to take advantage of our free 2021 registration and check us out.

Pitch That Story Idea! with Suzy Vadori. Your story explodes in your brain. You think about it 24/7, and know your characters intimately. So why do freeze when someone asks what your story's about? Bring your story idea or project to this workshop and you'll work on and practice saying a succinct pitch that will wow publishers and potential readers. (2020 online festival)
