Texas Based US PREP Coalition Members named as Vetted Teacher Residencies by Texas Education Agency

As a result of this distinction, partner school districts can support paid residencies using ESSER funds, specifically the Texas COVID Learning Acceleration Supports (TCLAS), for the next 3 school years. The US PREP Coalition remains committed to reallocation and reinvestment to sustainably fund paid teacher residencies beyond this timeline to build the strongest teacher pipelines possible for Texas’s PK-12 students.
