As the pressures of the pandemic - and its repercussions - continue, the U of T Department of Family and Community Medicine is offering to connect staff surgeons who are significantly impacted by the stress of working in COVID-19 environments with a family doctor.
Family physicians can be an invaluable resource for comprehensive health management, continuity of care and personal attention. DFCM is offering to connect unattached physicians with a family doctor for immediate and long-term support, and to co-ordinate care for specific issues.
This is open to all staff surgeons across the GTA and Barrie. If you would like to be connected with a family doctor, please submit your name, contact information and any requirements using the link below.

DFCM will then contact you with a list of potential family doctors, and connect you with your preferred option. Your information will remain confidential and only be shared with the family doctor that you select.
Please note that this is currently a pilot initiative. If successful, DFCM may consider expanding to other similar environments.
