AAUW has reserved Two Opportunities Ruth Bancroft Garden Evening Stroll & Art Sculpture Show

Danville-Alamo-Walnut Creek Branch of the American Association of University Women has reserved two evenings at the world-famous Ruth Bancroft Garden & Nursery, Walnut Creek, for a twilight stroll through their 27th annual sculpture show. This annual art show and sale combines stunning sculptural art with the natural beauty of the Garden. This year’s show features the works of over 20 renowned Northern California artists.
Special additions to our tour on Wednesday include an expert from EBMUD who will offer advice on water conservation, especially during this time of drought conditions. Our AAUW member Caroline Sanchez will be present to describe the history of a gold-leafed plaster cast bust of Ruth Bancroft's husband, Hubert Howe Bancroft, celebrating his legacy. Please join us!
