Active Living Events Coordinator, Temporary Full-Time
Reporting to the Active Living Manager, Booking Coordinator works with the Bookings Department and is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both existing and prospective special event, sport, and other facility user groups. The incumbent will also assist in establishing booking systems/processes, building external relationships, revenue tracking and analysis, marketing, and communications, while fulfilling a leadership role with front line staff during special events.

Custodian/Landscaper, Temporary Full-Time
Custodian/Landscaper, Permanent Part-Time
Reporting to the Manager Facility and Program Operations, this position is responsible for ensuring that the recreational rental space within the NECCS component of the Genesis Centre as well as the office space is cleaned and maintained. The Custodian will also perform a variety of hands on work such as equipment set up and take down, minor repairs, posting signage and acting as a first responder. The position also includes maintenance of the exterior landscaping of the facility.
