The PVE Neighborhood Watch and the PVE Police Department have collaborated to create a Catalytic Converter Etching Event for our community for THIS SATRUDAY for PVE residents, only.
Palos Verdes High School, Main Parking Lot A
600 Cloyden Road

Thieves can steal these devices in a few short minutes and sell the precious metals included in the device for profit through scrap metal dealers. Etched converters cannot be legally sold and if it is recovered by the police, they will be able to track the item back to the owner. The etching also allows the police to take criminal action on the theft.
This event is FREE and open to PVE residents only. Thank you to Van Lingen Towing who is generously offering some of the equipment and skills needed to provide this service to our community. No appointment is necessary.
Find out more about the event or to see a map where the event will be located, go to our PVE NW Catalytic Converter page.
