The photos above tell a story: a story of joyful reunion, as 45 of us gathered in person for worship, while 15 others joined us either on Zoom or Facebook Live. It was so wonderful to be able to worship together and share a wonderful lunch prepared by Dave and Stephanie Strouts. Most of us couldn't stop smiling. God is good all the time!
It was also great fun getting to sing "Happy Birthday" to Mary Eastman and Happy Anniversary to Myron and Nancy (55 years!). Even though they weren't with us in person, we also sang Happy Anniversary to Jim and Karen Kyllo (55 years) and Eric and Noelle Martz (need to check the numbers!).
I'm so grateful to all who pitched in to make it a wonderful day, and I'm grateful for technology that enables us to include folks who aren't able to join us in person. I hope to see you in worship soon--either in person or online. For those joining us online, please know that we'll try to connect you with an "in person" group after worship, so that you can chat for a few minutes, if you'd like.
