We have more wine...
And beer, and cider. Lots of lovely things newly arrived in the shop for you to try. We've picked out a few bottles of interest, including famed Super Tuscan Ornellaia, a couple of spritzy, refreshing Txakolis, and three full bodied reds from that most excellent Ribera del Duero producer Pesquera.
Portobello sour beer geniuses Vault City are represented with a quartet of beers brewed for their third birthday, and finally, we got a restock of an old favourite, the very fine Normandy cider from Drouin.

TXAKOLI
The Txakoli region of the Basque country in North West Spain makes a light, zingy, ultra-refreshing style of wine that's ideal for hot weather, and also features one of our favourite grape names, Hondurrabi Beltza.
Bodegas Ameztoi are an organically farmed seventh generation family vineyard - we currently have two of their wines on our shelves.

PESQUERA
The recently deceased and much missed Alejandro Fernandez was one of the leading lights in the establishment of Ribera del Duero as a quality wine producing region. We are lucky enough to currently have three expressions of his creation and legacy, Pesquera.
Pesquera Crianza 2018 (£26.50, 75cl/14.5%)
The junior of the trio, the Crianza is a fresh, bright expression of the vineyards, with red fruits, liquorice, and brioche.
Pesquera Millenium Gran Reserva 2015 (£90, 75cl/14.5%)
Made with grapes from the fifty year old vines that were the start of the Fernandez vineyards, this is a huge, concentrated, complex beast of a wine.
Pesquera MXI Seleccion Barricas 2018 (£35.50, 75cl/14.5%)
A supple single vineyard Tempranillo with gentle tannins and a ripe, fruity palate.

ORNELLAIA
Ornellaia "La Grazia" 2018 (£193, 75cl/14.5%)
We have just taken deliver of our (small) allocation of the legendary Ornellaia, one of the trio of super-rare, super-tasty, Super Tuscans. This won't last us very long, so do get in quick if you'd like a bottle.

Another celebration brew for Vault City's third birthday, think of this as a Pina Colada in sour beer form.
Vault City 'Strawberry Stars' Sour(£8.30, 37.5cl/9.5%)
Based off the previouly brewed Strawberry Skies, this version has more fruit, is brewed to impy strength, and, most importantly, it's got glitter in! Honestly, it's like the world's most delicious lava lamp.

DROUIN CIDRE
Drouin make a very fine example of the wonderful Norman style cider. Less tannic than West Country ciders, lighter in alcohol, and very fruit forward, it makes for great summer drinking.
