This week's powerful mantra is to focus on your breathing. Breathing is just so natural to us and we can easily take it for granted, can’t we. How we breathe has a direct impact on how we feel. Taking just 60 seconds to focus on our breathing helps to calm our nervous system.

So this week use this on repeat to help you feel more in control and grounded. A little Mary B tip - I do this every morning when I wake up BEFORE I reach for my phone…
