This week's powerful mantra is to remind you that YOU ARE ENOUGH. You can’t pour from an empty cup can you, so any permission you give to yourself to recharge your battery means that you are demonstrating to yourself and those around you that you are worthy. I know that I am a calmer mother, a more productive Coach and generally a much nicer person to be around when I do this for me!
