How to write an Abstract: Learn about the components of an abstract and how to efficiently communicate research. Those interested in undergraduate research are also welcome. 

Film - Camp Rock: Join Campus Activities Programming Board for a film on Kulhman Court! Snacks will be provided.

July 11
Volunteer with Tiger Pantry: Volunteer at Tiger Pantry, Mizzou's on-campus food pantry. Shifts available every Sunday, 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

July 14
Wednesday Wonderings: Bring your lunch and exchange ideas on current events every Wednesday. In-person capacity is limited, visit the link for Zoom information.

Sleep Solutions: Sign up for this 3-week in person workshop and learn how to get a restful sleep. Workshops will be held July 14, 21, and 28 from 3:30-5 p.m.

Crafternoons: Join CAPB for "Crafternoons" featuring crafts, activities, and snacks.

July 21
Film - Soul: Join CAPB on Kuhlman Court for their last film of the summer! 

July 27
Noontime Meditation: Mindfulness meditation may build your ability to redirect and maintain attention. Join these virtual sessions to learn how to use meditation to focus.
