We knew when we hired him that we'd only get to keep him for a few years. Wes Shrader departs the Ark Dining Hall after August 31. We'll miss his care, his sense of humor, and (of course) his excellent meals. Thankfully, he'll be in the Roanoke area if we need help in a pinch, and if we can find our next Food Services Coordinator soon, Wes will help overlap and orient our new employee.
