UX Scorecards: A New UX Review Process

Over the past few months, the Fuzzy Math team developed a number of UX scorecards to help improve our UX site review process for client projects. Scorecards have helped us to organize our thoughts so we can be more precise and keep in mind specific best practices. Not only have these scorecards helped improve our workflow but they have also provided more clarity for clients looking to better understand what we look for in their products and how to optimize them for users.

Here's a look at how we've implemented UX scorecards into our practice.

What makes a good Fuzzy Math project?

A challenging design question and an engaged and passionate team. I love the challenge of trying to balance business goals with user needs, so the best projects have the opportunity to learn more about users and can flex when an unexpected insight is uncovered!
