Drink water is good for you!

The best way to treat dehydration is to rehydrate the body by drinking plenty of fluids. Cut down or remove soft drinks and fizzy drinks is the best way to do that.

The Australian guidelines recommend consumption of the following amounts of water per day:

  • Men: 10 cups per day

  • Women: 8 cups per day
