BulletPoints Project Newsletter

Summer 2021

Dear Colleague,

Firearm deaths are increasing this summer and it’s as important as ever for clinicians to recognize their role in reducing them. One possible tool? Extreme risk protection orders (known as ERPOs or “red flag laws”). Though they’re discussed frequently in the media, few know what they do and how they work. Tune in to the next episode of our monthly webinar series, and ask your questions about ERPOs and how they intersect with the clinician’s role in firearm injury prevention.

As always, we want to connect with you—the clinicians and educators who are working to reduce their patients’ risk of firearm injury every day. Please reach out with ideas, comments, and questions!

Wishing you well,
