Parking Study and Survey

The City of St. Pete Beach is in the process of reviewing and updating the off-street parking requirements as they pertain to commercial businesses, such as restaurants and hotels.

This study is intended to analyze parking in commercial areas within the City and how they relate to the overall walkability.

The City is seeking input from its residents on the availability of diverse parking options and how different uses might be beneficial to them.

Please note: This is not a study on residential neighborhoods and will not change permitting or parking protections for those areas.

To gain as much resident input as possible, the City will be holding a meeting to discuss the findings of the study on August 25, 2021 at 5:00pm at City Hall.

Your input is necessary and critical to aid the City in developing parking requirements that accurately reflect the parking needs of the community. We look forward to seeing you there!

Additionally, the City is conducting an online survey to better understand the needs and concerns of residents and business owners regarding how easy it is to walk, bike, and/or use public transit within the City.   Please complete the online survey by Friday, July 16, 2021.

Please use this link to fill out the survey and provide your input:
