Richard is the Executive Director, Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He focuses on securities law reporting and compliance, corporate governance, financing matters, M&A transactions, shareholder engagement and general corporate matters. Provides legal support to various internal clients and functions (including the corporate secretary, finance and treasury, external reporting, business development and investor relations); manages outside counsel; and interfaces with members of the board of directors, institutional investors and senior representatives of third parties and their counsel. He holds a Master of Laws from The University of Michigan Law School.
