Dear <<First Name>>,

What a fun and candid event!  QZMS mentors, Pablo Che Leon and Pedro Mont, guided us through the origins of Chinese immigration in Peru, the similarities between the two ancestral cultures, the influence of Chinese food in Peruvian cuisine (yum!) and the experiences as a Chinese-Peruvian in Shanghai.

Also, the great questions posed by the scholars also delved deeper into cultural similarities, differences and anecdotes of what happens when cultures clash.

As usual, below are the recordings from the event, the presentation, and as a bonus, we have included links to the traditional Peruvian food recipes presented during the event.
