We hope you are all super excited about the beautiful Southern California fresh Bluefin Tuna we have arriving today! It's the most prized of all tunas due to its high-fat content. These are small-ish young fish so the fillets will be small and delectable and less mercury than the big boys. 

It IS sashimi-grade if you'd like to eat it raw. If you want to take a try at making some sushi, we have all the fixings you need here. 

We have all kinds of Bluefin house-made specialties this week including Bluefin Burgers, Bluefin Poke, and the mind-blowing Bluefin Otoro Sashimi packs! Supplies are limited but what we have is up for grabs is in the store so snag em fast if you want them! We have a little extra Bluefin fillets as well if anyone wants to add more to their order.

Fresh local White Seabass is also in store for our 2 Meal per Week Members. As we've mentioned before, this is one of our favorite fish to eat raw as well. (We recommend an overnight freeze to be on the safest side.) Otherwise, it's great on the grill, baked in the oven, and even holds up well as kabob meat. It will have skin on and some bones.
