Fresh local White Seabass is also in store for our 2 Meal per Week Members. As we've mentioned before, this is one of our favorite fish to eat raw as well. (We recommend an overnight freeze to be on the safest side.) Otherwise, it's great on the grill, baked in the oven, and even holds up well as kabob meat. It will have skin on and some bones.
