Phase 3 Continues!

We're expecting a beautiful morning tomorrow - mostly sunny and around a comfortable 20 degrees. Perfect weather for picking up some long weekend treats!

You can now enter and exit the market from Christie and Benson and next to the splashpad (the old “exit only”); when we have enough staff to support it, we are also opening up the fence next to the dog park.

Thanks for continuing to wear your masks while you are in the market. The narrow walkways of our market can make distancing difficult, but leaving your masks on helps all of our community be supported and safe.

Now that we're hitting prime vegetable and fruit season, it's time to be thinking about storing good things for the future. Whether you're new to canning or an old pro, this bread and butter pickle recipe is great for putting up some extra cucumbers for a treat in February.

Online Ordering and Pick Up

Many of our vendors have set up online ordering systems; you can find the links above through their websites. This is a great way to make sure you get your tomatoes while keeping your shopping time down. Please note that some vendors are using our order pick up service, in collaboration with the Toronto Farmers’ Market Collective, at the market exit.

Orders can be picked up at the pickup depot between 8 am and 12 pm. Please make sure to confirm your pickup location when you place your orders; some vendors are doing pick ups at their stalls.

Now with the transformation of Essa Seedlings into Sweet Gatherings Farm, Liz’s booth is also filled with sweet honey and gorgeous bouquets, providing a feast for all your senses.
