Heather's paintings have been shown in galleries, juried art shows, and large dog and horse-related trade fairs. Her paintings have been used as cover art for various publications and she has been the subject of a television biography on a national television network. In 2008, her work was included in an international project involving nearly 200 artists from around the world, titled The Horse Gift — a giant mural made up of more than 200 individual panels forming a larger picture of a running horse.
Starting out nearly 30 years ago as a successful Pet Portrait Artist, Ms. Anderson still accepts the occasional commission to paint a beautiful dog, cat, or horse.
