JULY 2021 NEWSLETTER

Message from Director

Second Saturdays, yoga, planetarium shows and more!

Hello! July has been a whirlwind of a month with UFO Festival laser shows, a great Second Saturday of mask-making, and a new exhibition on loan from the Wheelwright Museum of the American Indian. Yoga in the galleries has also returned bringing much-needed mindful relaxation to the start of our weeks. Alongside our current programs, we're gearing up for children and adult classes to relaunch in the fall as well as the premiere of new and exciting planetarium films.

Lastly, save the date for a music-filled RMAC Foundation Fundraiser in the museum courtyard on Friday, September 24. The Foundation helps support many of our programming from Second Saturdays and receptions to renovations and special exhibitions. So we deeply appreciate the work they do on our behalf as well as the support members of our community provide through donations to the Foundation.

See you soon and be well,

CAROLINE BROOKS

Executive Director

All are welcome and admission is free for members and Roswell residents each Second Saturday. Free hands-on activities are offered from 10 am to 1 pm. RMAC is open daily from 10 am to 6 pm. Second Saturdays are generously supported by the RMAC Foundation.
