Performance Management in Agile

Brian Levy is the President of BridgePort Digital, an organizational optimization firm specializing in the bridging the gap between strategic goals and strategic execution. He has been able to consistently improve productivity by over 30% within 3 to 6 months of operation verified with predefined metrics by aligning an organization’s performance management processes to the appropriate strategic approach.
Event Objective:
The purpose of the webinar is to familiarize new techniques in performance management.  The webinar begins with an overview of the purpose of and focus of performance management. It concludes with a question-and-answer period where the group can explore implications for their organization.

September training for PMP Certification

PMP Bootcamp Review

In the month of September, PMICOC is pleased to offer you two options to get you the training you need to become a certified Project Management Professional. The first option is the PMP Bootcamp Review. This review is an accelerated course that jams packs all the knowledge and material that you will need in a week long session hosted by Andy Burns and Dave Davis. This event is awesome if you need a simple refresher on the material before you take the exam or if you need to grasp some of the methodologies and concepts more quickly.

Time: 9AM - 7PM, EST

Q3 PMI Night School Certification Course
For the patrons who work during the first shift, we are please to offer a 2nd option that can be pursued in order to become PMP certified. (PMI Night School Certification Course)
During this four week course, we offer each participate a little more time to absorb the material and prepare themselves to take on the PMP exam. This event is excellent for those who have more time during the evening hours and would like to spread out the sessions so they can immerse themselves in the material. All 8 live-virtual classroom nights are taught by a practicing Project Management Agile specialist, that willl get you the 35 hours required for the PMP.  PMI curated curriculum is augmented with road-tested experience, materials, and an online practice exam.

Dates: 9/14/2021 - 10/12/2021 (4 Weeks)
Days: Every Tuesday and Thursday
