CDHS is participating in an assessment with DocuSign to explore possible use cases for the platform at CDHS. The assessment will focus on forms and how those are distributed/collected/managed, both internal to CDHS employees and externally facing to our clients/constituents. Your team will be invited to a 30-minute webinar about DocuSign and what it is used for, followed by a 1-hour workshop with your team to learn about their current processes around forms. The results of this assessment will identify items we could integrate into DocuSign, and/or consider for digitizing. 

Interested in participating? Please fill out the form here to identify who should participate in the assessment for your team by Aug. 4. If you personally would like to participate, please work with your leadership to join the team identified for your group.

The time commitment from your team is 1 to 1.5 hours over the course of 2 to 4 weeks. The anticipated start date for the assessment is late August.

 


Career Pathing has a new program and is inviting all leaders to join! The Coaching Community of Practice is open to leaders who want to talk through and practice coaching employees. The purpose of the group is to create a safe space to share and provide tools for managing and developing employees. 

There is a LinkedIn Learning course on Coaching and Developing Employees (54 minutes) that is a prerequisite to the class and acts as the "lecture" portion.

In 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, you will learn about habits that are powerful forces in our lives, how they determine our level of effectiveness or ineffectiveness, and a proven process of personal and interpersonal growth that can have an immediate and lasting impact. The class will take place Aug. 5, 12, and 19 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. You must be able to attend all three times! Register here.

Workforce Resilience Committee

According to our most recent engagement survey, less than half of CDHS employees feel that the stress in their jobs is manageable. How do we increase wellbeing and resilience? What can we do to reduce our own stress as we care for Coloradans?

New Offboarding Toolbox

CDHS is committed to supporting staff members throughout the employment cycle, including when they resign, retire or otherwise leave the department. The Onboarding Committee has created an Offboarding Toolkit to guide supervisors through the transition process. Effective offboarding is important because it helps facilitate a smooth workflow transition, the return of CDHS equipment and the enforcement of security protocols. Offboarding can also provide useful suggestions for improvement, as well as leave the door open for future collaboration and the rehire of a valued employee.

Adobe Creative Cloud

Integrated Document Solutions (IDS) leverages Adobe Creative Cloud to provide design services to CO State agencies. In an effort to avoid duplication of design services, per DCS statute, a waiver will be required to purchase Adobe Creative Cloud.This is effective immediately.
