Data Strategy Manager
* Two-year contract (possibility to renew). Hours worked are based on a 4- or 5-day work week to be negotiated with ONN.
We are looking for a proactive network leader with knowledge of data policy and/or data-sharing projects in Ontario. The Data Strategy Manager will develop and lead the implementation of our Data, Evidence-use, and Learning (DEAL) Strategy, a (minimum) two-year project. The successful candidate will engage with nonprofits and government on issues like data integration, privacy legislation, open data, a database of program evaluation reports for sector-wide learning, and nonprofits’ access to administrative data to better understand the positive impact of the sector.
This is a two-year contract with health benefits and an option to join a defined benefit pension plan. The salary range is $75,000- $80,000 a year. Hours worked are based on a 4- or 5-day work week to be negotiated with ONN.

We’re looking for a creative fundraiser driven to connect the right financial partners with a network of nonprofits eager to access quality, affordable resources.
The Resource Development Lead will effectively implement ONN’s financial partnership and sponsorship strategy to facilitate partnerships that align with ONN's values. The Lead will also drive a unique membership program with services to help nonprofits improve how they get their work done.
This is a full-time, permanent position with health benefits and an option to join a defined benefit pension plan. The salary range is $55,000- $60,000 a year.
