FOR R.C.I.A. REFRESHMENTS
As we emerge from the Pandemic, we will resume offering hospitality to the men and women who will enter the R.C.I.A. Process and attend sessions most every Monday from late August until late May. We are in need of volunteers to serve on a scheduled rotation to provide refreshments for these Monday evening sessions.

Invite another Christian to Investigate Catholicism

Do you know a family member, colleague, or friend who is a practicing Christian but has begun to become unsettled or confused about their chruch communities change in faith teaching and morality over the past few years or decades? Perhaps their community’s teachings they grew up believing have changed some, or even quite a lot. Pray about inviting them to consider investigating the historical and theological roots of their Christian faith community by studying and asking questions of the Catholic Church, with no obligations, through the RCIA process. Interested persons should contact Brian McCauley this summer before RCIA sessions begin in late August.

St. Mary P.S.R. - REGISTRATIONS DUE AUGUST 8
P.S.R. Registration Information went out to all recently active parish families via email earlier this week. Our PSR program assists parents with providing religious education for children in K, 1st - 8th grades, and high school. Typically those young Catholics of our parish who attend public schools attend our PSR Program. Information, Registration, and Medial Forms can be found on the PSR page of the parish website. We kindly ask for registration and tuition payments to be returned to the parish office by Sunday, 8 August. Questions can be directed to Brian McCauley.

IMPORTANT SACRAMENTAL PREPARATION CALENDARS
The Sacramental Preparation Calendars for the coming spiritual year have been posted on our parish website. If this is a sacramental year for your child, please add these important dates to your family calendar. It is customary at our parish for children in second grade to prepare to begin celebrating the sacraments of Confession and Holy Communion and those in the eighth grade to prepare for Confirmation. For a child to prepare for sacraments the family must be registered in our parish and the child must be currently in a religious education program and have attended a religious education program the prior year (St. Mary School, St. Mary PSR, or using a homeschool religious education program). If, for whatever reason, your child is out of sequence, please contact Brian McCauley by August so an appropriate and timely plan can be created for your child.
