To launch this fundraiser, we are hosting an Intermediate workshop on How to use NVC effectively to tackle bullying at work.
This 3-hour online workshop will provide a roadmap and practical exercises to help you to improve and apply your NVC skills when you are experiencing workplace bullying
*This workshop is for individuals who have already attended a two-day foundation training
in NVC, or equivalent.
Workshop Programme (3 hours):
Welcome and check-in
Sharing your experiences with bullying, what you are hoping to learn
Presentation of a roadmap which can be used to apply NVC to tackle bullying situations,
with discussion
Exercises in small groups
Discussion & wrap up
Facilitated by Lori Miller who has 10 years experience in NVC.
