95% of the folks practicing yoga at Bloom are fully vaccinated. All teachers and facilitators are vaccinated. For your well-being, we request unvaccinated folks and those with severely compromised immune systems wear masks due to the Covid numbers rising.
Sharon is offering Private Lessons, however, there is limited availability. If you have been wanting to:
  • try yoga before joining a group
  • have a practice designed specifically for you
  • don’t think you can do yoga
  • limited mobility
  • health concerns
  • fun with friends
  • whatever the reason
Private lessons can be a one time class or continuing practice. It’s a pleasure to meet your individual needs and interests.

Chamber’s Workplace Wellness 
Friday, August 13 8:30-9:00am (Virtual)

Topic: A whole-being approach to Wellness that provides alternative ways to help support us in responding to the conditions of 21st century living.  

Simple mindful processes that can be done almost anywhere and anytime that help reset the nervous system and support brain health……including at the Workplace!

Practices include:     
Mindfulness, Breath Exploration, Joint Freeing Movements, Vibration, Brain Boost and Relaxation.  These accessible and functional techniques help with physical, mental and emotional balance. They have the potential to reduce or prevent tension and stress, enhance mind clarity and improve overall coordination and balance.
