Clemson Survey:
Food Waste & Consumer Purchase Decisions
Sara S. Cothran, graduate student of Dr. Julie Northcutt of Clemson University, is conducting research on food waste and consumer purchase decisions. Sara is asking GUUF members to consider taking her survey, which will help her get accurate and thoughtful information from people who are interested in reducing food waste. It should only take 10 minutes to complete.

GUUF’s Food Drop-Off • Saturday, August 14th • 9-11 AM

This time we're collecting non-perishable food and supplies for Upstate Food Not Bombs. Many of whom they serve are homeless, therefore they can only accept canned items with a pull top. In addition, they need protein bars, bottled water, Gatorade, gum, diapers of all sizes, baby wipes, bandaids, chapstick, toilet paper, family-size toothpaste & toothbrushes, Q-tips, dog & cat food, Ibuprofen & dish soap. Also would appreciate school supplies for the kids such as folders, notebooks, pens & pencils.

Food Not Bombs Needs:
Coconut milk, lentils, rice, black beans, and pasta (for the 30 family grocery bags they share each week), plastic grocery bags, and brown paper sandwich bags
