Partners Annual Meeting 2021

Partners of Crossing Rivers Health Board of Directors encourage you to attend the Annual Meeting.

Several important issues will be discussed, including:

Accomplishments over the past year
Plans for upcoming months
Vote on proposed 2021 budget
Nominations and elections to our board of directors

- Will also take nominations from the floor
Vote on proposed amendments to bylaws
- List of proposed amendments were mailed

Crossing Rivers Health is committed to continuing to provide a safe environment and preventing the spread of COVID-19 in our organization and community. With that in mind, there are a number of precautions in place for those attending the annual meeting:

Please enter at the North Entrance where you will be screened upon entry
Face masks are required at all times
No food or drink allowed during meetings
Room capacity is limited to 30, to allow for distancing
