The South Big Data Hub All-Hands Meeting begins TODAY! Everything you need to know can be found in the Welcome Packet; we recommend you read it in its entirety before the start of the event.

The All-Hands Meeting is being hosted virtually on the Airmeet* platform. The first time you click the Airmeet Link, you will be asked to fill out a short name tag before joining the meeting.

New to Airmeet? No worries, it is super user-friendly. Check out this short guide - Step by Step Guide for Attendees - prior to the event.
Below are some of our favorite features:
- You will not need to download anything.
- You will get to create a personalized name tag.
- You can interact with attendees independently from the host, including the ability to have video chats in small groups of 2-8 via the tables in the “lounge”.
- Feel free to arrive early to the event and familiarize yourself with the platform.
