DRGR Reporting: Section 3 Labor Hours Fact Sheet Now Available

HUD has created new performance measures in DRGR to allow grantees to report Section 3 labor hour requirements. HUD will no longer require grantees to report Section 3 compliance data annually in the Section 3 Performance Evaluation and Reporting System (SPEARS) for Section 3 projects. The new Section 3 Final Rule requires each grantee to report on Section 3 compliance per the reporting requirements for each applicable program.

The addition of these Section 3 performance measures in DRGR provides identifiable metrics for grantees to report on compliance with Section 3 requirements and will enhance both HUD’s and grantees’ ability to demonstrate how employment and other economic opportunities are generated by HUD financial assistance. Applicable grantees will report activity-level data in DRGR. This fact sheet walks grantees through that process.

HUD has posted the following fact sheet related to reporting Section 3 labor hours on the DRGR Fact Sheets page under General Fact Sheets (scroll down on page past DRGR release fact sheets to view):
