Hello <<First Name>>,

August is a month that says to me 'do what's good for you!'

I work to the academic year so this is holiday time and a chance to take a digital rest.  I know I'm lucky I can make that choice.

But whether you are taking a break now or not, how about a break from self-criticism and measuring yourself against others, and instead asking yourself 'what's good for me, what do I really need? 

And please do join me again in Sept doing one of those 'good-for-you' things : mindfulness & self-compassion!!

I'll be offering a mixture of in person offerings :


- Sunday 6th September 2.30pm-5.30pm Mini-Retreat IN PERSON
- Starting 3rd October Mindfulness MBSR IN PERSON 

and online offerings : 


- Wednesday 1st Sept - 5.15-6.15pm online drop-in meditation 
- Saturday 4th Sept - 9.30-10.45am online drop-in meditation
- Starting 2nd October Mindfulness MBSR ONLINE

Your Feelings are Messengers

Your anger? It’s telling you where you feel powerless.
Your anxiety? It’s telling you that something in your life is off balance.
Your fear? It’s telling you what you care about.
Your apathy? It’s telling you where you’re overextended and burnt out.
Your feelings aren’t random, they are messengers.
And if you want to get anywhere, you need to be able to let them speak to you, and tell you what you really need.
