HOME and HTF Section 3 Final Rule Guidance Available

New guidance is now available to assist HOME Participating Jurisdictions (PJs) and Housing Trust Fund (HTF) grantees understand and implement the new requirements in the Section 3 Final Rule.

CPD Notice

HUD has released a CPD Notice that provides guidance to HOME PJs and HTF grantees on the Section 3 Final Rule, including outlining key changes made by the Final Rule and providing guidance for tracking and reporting compliance with the new requirements.
